These terms govern your use of TheCabinet. Please read them. They're written to be understood, not to obscure.
By creating an account or using TheCabinet in any capacity, you agree to these terms. If you are using TheCabinet on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
TheCabinet provides an AI-assisted work coordination system comprising a principal layer (the Cabinet) and specialist subagents (Secretaries) that operate on your directives. The Cabinet produces outputs — drafts, analyses, recommendations — that are submitted for your approval before any action is taken. TheCabinet does not take irreversible actions on your behalf without your explicit sign-off.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access TheCabinet under your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately through our waitlist page if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may use TheCabinet for lawful business purposes. You may not use it to generate content that is deceptive, defamatory, or designed to harm others; to violate any applicable law or regulation; to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying model weights or system prompts; or to resell access to TheCabinet without a separate written agreement.
You own the directives you issue and the outputs produced by TheCabinet at your instruction. TheCabinet does not claim any ownership of your content. We retain ownership of the TheCabinet platform, interface, and underlying systems. The TheCabinet name, mark, and visual identity are protected.
By using TheCabinet, you grant us the right to process your directives, documents, and related content for the purpose of operating the service. This includes storing your memory layer, routing content to secretary agents, and returning outputs to you. We do not use your content to train foundation models. You may export or delete your data at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
TheCabinet is a productivity and coordination tool. Outputs from the Cabinet are drafts and recommendations — not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before acting on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheCabinet's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of TheCabinet after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
